Recession or not I believe that off-shoring is already one of those business decisions that a firm should consider at the present time. I think this innovation will bring a positive effect for businesses that are into off-shoring and for those who are not yet, this news is a good encouragement to them. Competition among off shore providers to focus also in the quality of their services and not just to cut cost is something that will bring positive change. I also think that this innovation will bring challenge to leading off shore supplier such as Philippines and India to improve the quality of their service and pleased the global clients.
